After hour TCC Building Rental:
For those interested in doing a project with us the rental fee is 

  • $85 plus the cost of each art piece chosen.
  • up to 2 hours (additional fee for parties over 2 hours)
  • 8 person minimum

For those not interested in doing any projects the rental fee is

  • $125/hour if not participating in any art projects

Rent the entire Tin Can Chandelier for a larger private event. This space is large enough to accommodate up to 65 people but intimate enough to make all your guests feel like they are part of the event. Entire building rentals include use of both the main level and mezzanine space.

Rental Policies:

  • Rental must be paid for in full 1 week prior to your event.
  • 2 hr. minimum rental
  • Includes 1 hr. before event for set up and 1 hr. after for clean-up. Renters are responsible for complete set up and tear down.
  • Rentals must be after normal business hours
  • You may bring your own food, drinks and decorations. Alcohol is permitted for guests over 21
  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event.

*Please note that we do not have a kitchen facility and encourage renters to bring food items that do not require heating or refrigeration.
